                                        Anatomy of a Facial

We begin with a conversation about your skin care goals, sensitivities or allergies and your home care routine. At this time we tuck you into a warmed bed layered in soft blankets and begin your treatment. Your facial includes a custom brow arch and any facial waxing that you desire. Next I will choose a facial scrub or enzyme to brighten the complexion, eliminate dry areas and help with product absorption. We will steam to relax the skin, stimulate blood flow and prepare a clean and warm environment for extractions. At this point a deeper analysis of the skin will be done with magnification.

A blend of apricot oil and an Eminence organic cream are used to massage the decollete, shoulders, neck, facial muscles and scalp. After a nice, long, relaxing massage, warmed towels with aromatherapy are used to remove any cream that your skin has not absorbed. An organic and nutrient rich mask is then prepared and applied to nourish, stimulate, deeply hydrate and/or calm your skin. Masks are often chosen for the season in which they have been harvested. Just like eating foods in season your skin benefits from the freshest harvest.

Your hands and arms are now treated to an organic sugar scrub and light massgage to allow the facial mask time to do its magic. We remove the mask with more warm scented towels. Finally, we finish with an Eminence Organic facial cream and sun protection. I hope you enjoy the facial and I hope it makes you....
